context: The CPC General Office recently issued the national Party and state leadership team building plan outline (2024-28) aiming to increase requirements for political loyalty and promote structural expansion. The outline aligns with the Party's ongoing initiatives in local Party-building, focused on reinforcing top-down oversight and Party Secretary authority. Similar criteria are also promoted on the state-end, with a five-year plan on civil servant team-building released.
The Central Organisation Department recently held a virtual nationwide civil servant work advancement meeting, reports China Organisation and Personnel Affairs Press.
Prime demands from the meeting includes
