context: The third BRI (Belt and Road Initiative) Forum for International Cooperation will be held in October 2023. Facing increasing geopolitical tension with the West, Beijing is expected to welcome increased trade cooperation with BRI countries. However, higher market risks in BRI markets must first be addressed.
In a press conference on 19 Sep 2023, MFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) announced more than 130 countries have confirmed their attendance at the third BRI (Belt and Road Initiative) Forum to be held in Beijing in October 2023. Events will include
