During this year’s MoHRSS (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) employment campaign, the number of recruitment activities and job postings increased by ten percent compared to last year. Additionally, it introduces

- help over 60,000 key enterprises meet their labour needs of more than 400,000 people
The manufacturing industry was still a major employer, accounting for 35 percent of the PRC's recruitment demand. Other areas of increasing employment demands include
- technical positions
- professional talents in artificial intelligence and big data
The recruitment demand of small and micro enterprises has increased significantly, especially in service industries such as
- healthcare
- retail
- accommodation and catering
- cultural tourism
- transportation
According to the MoHRSS Employment Promotion Department, these characteristics and changes reflect
